You’ve taken the first step in helping a child between the ages of 2˝ and 18 with a life-threatening medical condition have his or wish granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeast New York.
Here’s the next step to continue the magic.
If you are:
- The parent or legal guardian of the potential wish child
- A medical professional treating the child, such as a doctor, nurse, social worker, or child-life specialist
- The potential wish child
Call our office at (518) 782-HOPE (4673) or toll-free 1-877-455-9475. You can also provide us preliminary referral information online.
All others:
We greatly appreciate your desire to help a child. Out of respect for the privacy of the children and families we serve, we only accept personal referral information from the people listed above.
So, if you know a potential wish child or family, please share Make-A-Wish information with them and have them call us directly or make the referral online. An informative brochure that answers questions the family may have is also available by calling our office or e-mailing us at neny@northeast-ny.wish.org.
